What is a Webinar?
● A webinar is a seminar conducted on the Internet (from web + seminar). Webinars are also called web conferences, video conferences or webcasts. They allow users in different parts of the world to see, hear and interact with the presenters, ask questions, respond to surveys, etc. Webinars are commonly used in sales, marketing, education sectors, or an employee’s training sessions.

Our technology platform allows our providers to include :sharing, whiteboards and chat

Where can attendees see the ticket for an event after paying?
● The attendees will receive the payment confirmation to the email provided in the registration form.
● To attend an event, attendees can click the JOIN button in the email or save the token for later. If the attendee loses this email, the Provider of the event can resend it.
● Join your class 10 minutes before it’s due to start

Is your Webinar secure?

● Our platform streams all your audio and video files using our global CDN with low latency worldwide coverage. Your audio and video files are stored securely and protected using signed URLs.

● The audio-video technology that we use is HTML5 technology and WebRTC. It is the highest HTML5 standard that connects the browser with our platform in real time.

What are the Browser requirements?
● Join Classroom sessions from Android and Apple iOS based devices using a supported browser without installing any app. Full support for WebRTC based audio and video conferencing and responsive whiteboard experience.

What are the Hardware requirements?
● Most new desktop, laptops purchased will have a built in camera, webcam and speakers.
● Headsets with microphone for improved sound quality are recommended for best results.
● If External Camera it should be compatible with your operating system with the latest device drivers installed.
● Newest version of operating systems such as Windows (Windows 10 or higher recommended), Mac OS 10.13 (the newest version recommended), Linux, Chrome OS are minimum requirements.

Do I need to install any software on my computer?
● Our platform is a web based platform and requires no installation.
Do attendees need an Account?
● Yes. Everyone needs an account In order to see schedules and pay for webinars.
● Viewers must create a FREE User (Student) account to view any webinar. The User (Student) account is free to set up. You only pay per webinar.

● Create free user account, finish your profile
● Set up a Paypal Account if you don’t have one and enter your Paypal account details into our system.

Do I need a Paypal Account?
● Yes. As part of our service, we need All Users to have a Paypal account in order to use our service and pay for each webinar you sign up to view.

Do you offer refunds for a webinar I didn’t like?
● No. All sales are final.
Provider (Tutor): FAQ
Do Providers (Tutors) need an Account?
● Yes. Everyone needs an account.
● Providers must create a Provider (Tutor) account to broadcast any webinar using our
platform, enter paypal information and choose one of the monthly payment plans.
Do I need a Paypal Account?
● Yes. As part of our service, we need All Providers to have a Paypal account in order to
use our service and receive payment for each webinar you sign up to view.

How often do you issue payments to our paypal account from Students who have viewed our webinar(s)?
● Our Technology allows for Payment to be received after each webinar is completed.
● No waiting for a check in the mail.
● From there you can transfer it into your bank account (per Paypal guidelines ).

Upgraded Featured Provider Listing Fee $198.00 (Recurring Monthly)
Fees (Transactions, Referral, Admin) for all Webinar revenue: 10% (You Keep 90%)
Note: All Offline, Billable hours not Transacted over our platform are 100% yours.
